Rick Carduner

Rick Carduner has over 35 years of experience as a San Antonio based commercial real estate broker specializing in retail site selection. He has assisted national retailers such as Home Depot, Staples, Sun & Ski and Blockbuster Video.  Rick’s expertise includes site selection for restaurants including Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, IHOP, Ojos Locos Sports Cantina, Brasao Brazilian Steakhouse and Anchor Bar & Grill. He has done site selection in cities throughout the United States for Sun & Ski as well as Red Robin Gourmet Burgers.  Rick is a past Texas State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”) and the Founder of the Texas ICSC Deal Making Conference.
